Bruno Mars y Anderson .Paak vuelven a viajar en el tiempo: versionan el ochentero 'Love's Train'

Insistiendo de nuevo en que Silk Sonic es una apuesta duradera y que mira a tiempos concretos, ambos músicos acaban de estrenar una versión de la que aseguran es una de sus canciones favoritas.

Los músicos aseguran que "Esta es una de las canciones favoritas de Silk Sonic grabada originalmente por el grupo Con Funk Shun. Nos encanta esta canción tanto que queríamos cantarla para todos vosotros."

Y es que Funk Shun nacía como grupo estadounidense de R&B y funk con una gran popularidad alcanzada a mediados de la década de 1970 y ampliada hasta la década de 1980. Uno de sus temas clave era 'Love's Train' que estrenado en 1982 aglutinaba todo el color de la música disco.

Bruno Mars y Anderson .Paak vuelven así a recordar que su apuesta en torno a Silk Sonic está consolidada y seguirá dando mucho que cantar. De hecho, uno de sus objetivos están en Las Vegas (EEUU) donde van a actuar en múltiples ocasiones desde el próximo 25 de febrero hasta el 29 de mayo aportando ese toque ochentero inevitable y pegado a su apuesta.

'An evening with Silk Sonic' ha sido el álbum de esa apuesta de Silk Sonic que con temas como 'Leave The Door Open' han llevado ese estilo músical como bandera y que recuerdan ahora con 'Love's Train'.
