Desde que fuera lanzada en el año 1994 en el álbum 'Merry Christmas', la canción 'All I Want for Christmas Is You' conseguía 25 años después el #1 en ventas y lo celebraba con un nuevo videoclip que veremos al final de esta noticia. Hasta ese 2019, desde hace 11 años Mariah Carey no encabezaba el Hot 100 de la lista norteamericana de ventas realizada por Billboard: esto ocurría el 19 de abril de 2008 con "Touch My Body" estando durante dos semanas en el liderazgo del ranking. 'All I Want for Christmas Is You' tuvo un nuevo empuje en el año 2003 con su presencia en la Banda Sonora Oficial de la película 'Love Actually' y cada año ha sonado hasta hoy.

Mariah Carey vuelve a lo más alto de la lista de canciones Billboard Hot 100 sumando su novena semana total en la cima del Hot 100 y se convierte en la primera canción que ha liderado cuatro veces distintas el ranking.
Llegó al top 10 de Hot 100 por primera vez en diciembre de 2017 y el top cinco para la primera vez en la temporada navideña de 2018, antes de estar durante las vacaciones de 2019 (durante tres semanas), 2020 (dos) y 2021 (tres).
