Taylor Swift volvió a sus raíces interpretando "Betty" en los Premios de la Academia de Música Country

La dos veces Artista del Año de la Academia de Música Country (ACM), Taylor Swift, regresaba al escenario de los Premios ACM por primera vez en siete años con una presentación de "betty" por primera vez en directo. Es un tema clave de su nuevo álbum "Folklore", que está batiendo récords y que, solo por ejemplo, se convertía en el primer álbum en cuatro años en encabezar el Billboard 200 (lista de álbumes norteamericana) durante seis semanas seguidas.

Volviendo a la actuación y a la 55 Edición de los Premios ACM, el presentador fue Keith Urban que realizó el estreno mundial en televisión de su nuevo sencillo, "One Too Many" con P!nk y que estará en el nuevo álbum de Urban que se lanzará el viernes titulado "Speed ​​of Now". Los premios de este año incluyeron 24 actuaciones en total. La transmisión de los premios comenzó con los nominados a Artista del Año interpretando un popurrí de cada uno de sus grandes éxitos. Luke Bryan interpretó "Rain Is A Good Thing", Eric Church interpretó "Drink In My Hand", Luke Combs cantaba "When It Rains It Pours", Thomas Rhett cantó "It Goes Like This" y Carrie Underwood interpretó "Before He Cheats".

Por primera vez en la historia del de AMC, la edición de los Premios se llevó a cabo en Nashville, transmitiendo desde tres lugares icónicos de música country: Grand Ole Opry House, el histórico Ryman Auditorium de Nashville y The Bluebird Cafe.
