Ellie Goulding estrena 'By the End of the Night' otro avance del esperado, y retrasado, nuevo disco

'Higher than heaven' es el disco que, como nos dijo recientemente la propia artista, ha tenido que "Retrasar el lanzamiento hasta el 7 de abril solo para poder enviarles estos hermosos productos tan pronto como sea humanamente posible".

Por ubicarnos y haciendo balance recordemos que en octubre de 2022 anunciaba que su quinto álbum de estudio llegaría el 3 de febrero de 2023. Para ello, lanzaba el tema 'Let It Die' y, posteriormente, se reforzaba con el estreno de 'Easy Lover' y 'Like A Saviour'. Luego se pasó a fijar la fecha para el 24 de marzo y, ahora, para abril. Fuentes del proyecto aseguran que este disco incluye "Líneas de bajo pisando fuerte, sintetizadores altísimos y melodías eufóricas". Para este proyecto se contará con contribuciones de personas como Greg Kurstin, Jesse Shatkin, Koz (que ha trabajado con Madonna o Dua Lipa) y Andrew Wells (que ha colaborado con artistas como Halsey).

Ahora toca nuevo estreno y, para darlo a conocer, ha visitado el norteamericano y televisivo programa THE LATE LATE SHOW de James Corden.

Se trataría de la cuarta canción del disco y aquí está repleta de ritmo y con el característico sello de la británica. La suavidad consistente de Ellie ha dejado constancia de su fuerza en el directo y que, previsiblemente, su disco será un gran momento musical importante. Tan es así, que recordamos cómo Goulding quiere que su música nos revitalice: "Definitivamente hubo una oscuridad en los últimos dos años que era palpable en el estudio, y todos habían pasado por eso de manera diferente. Creo que por esa razón, nadie quería sentarse y agonizar por alguna relación o algún drama. Así es como se unió este álbum. [ Higher Than Heaven es] acerca de estar apasionadamente enamorado. Pero es una forma hiperactiva de amor, casi como un sentimiento inducido por drogas. Se siente casi artificial y existe la posibilidad de un accidente”.
