Lady Gaga presenta las catorce canciones originales del álbum 'Born This Way' de 2011 en un nuevo trabajo que integra con otras seis versiones reinventadas de canciones del disco.
Antes del lanzamiento hemos ido conociendo algunas de esas seis versiones. Pero se reservaba dos para la llegada del lanzamiento: The Highwomen (con Brittney Spencer y Madeline Edwards) con su versión reinventada de 'Highway Unicorn (Road to Love)' y Ben Platt con su versión de 'Yoü and I' , acompañado de un video que ha compartido en honor al clásico que, junto a todo el contenido, podemos ver más adelante.
Una celebración por todo lo alto
Las celebraciones del Décimo Aniversario comenzaron con Lady Gaga marcando el décimo aniversario del álbum Born This Way y su legado en el norteamericano West Hollywood, donde recibió las llaves de la ciudad y una declaración que nombraba el 23 de mayo como "Born This Way Day".

De aquel disco original que se recupera ahora, podemos recordar aquella canción 'Americano' que contaba con Lady Gaga cantando frases en español como aquella de "las campanas están sonando...".
Del álbum se lanzarían cinco sencillos y el primero de ellos, 'Born This Way', cuya letra recordaremos también más adelante, lograba vender en tan solo cinco días un millón de copias y se coronaba como la canción que más rápido lo conseguía en la historia de iTunes.
En el terreno de anécdotas, antes de su lanzamiento el disco se filtraba íntegramente en internet pero rápidamente fue retirado. Luego, llegaría su lanzamiento oficial el 23 de mayo de 2011.
En su reconocimiento, Lady Gaga dice de su álbum 'Born This Way' se mueve porque todos "merecemos el derecho a inspirar tolerancia, aceptación y libertad para todos".
