Ed Sheeran canta "Beautiful People" con la compañía del norteamericano Khalid

En esta ocasión abrimos el álbum "No.6 Collaborations Project" repleto de colaboraciones. El cantante británico Ed Sheeran consiguió, entre otros, reunir en su disco a Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Travis Scott, Eminem, 50 Cent, Paulo Londra y Skrillex.

Este álbum es su cuarto disco de estudio y lo descubría al mundo con un listado de canciones tres meses antes de su lanzamiento. Pero los nombres de todos los artistas estaban ocultos con una tachadura. Posteriormente, se descubrían nombres y cantantes de cada una de las pistas.

"Beautiful People", nacida en verano

Dentro del álbum, "Beautiful People" recoge la colaboración con el cantante y compositor estadounidense Khalid que aporta un toque muy personal en sus producciones pero que, en esta ocasión, está perfectamente acomodado al de Ed Sheeran.

Se convertía en el tercer adelanto del nuevo álbum. Llegaba tras "Cross me" con la colaboración de The Rapper & PnB Rock y ésta tras la que abrió este melón musical de aquel verano de 2019: "I Don't Care", junto al canadiense Justin Bieber.

Recordemos que en los últimos días de este año pasado, Ed decidía reconocer su agotamiento que le obliga a tomar un descanso incluso de las seleccionadas redes sociales que ha venido utilizando, fundamentalmente Instagram, ya que Twtter tuvo su último uso hace dos años, en concreto, julio de 2017.

Fue en Nochebuena cuando Sheeran certificaba que tenía que dar un paso más, eliminar su exposición a las redes sociales y, fundamentalmente, encontrar de nuevo el hilo para retomar la Música. Se trataba de recomponer su vida y "viajar, escribir y leer" que, en definitiva, no es otra cosa que descansar y tomarse unas vacaciones de forma total. Le estamos esperando.

Pero, afortunadamente, tenemos mucha y buena música como "Beautiful People" (Gente Guapa) para aderezar la llegada de novedades. "No somos hermosos. Si, no somos quienes somos", es una gran frase para una buena canción.
