Shawn Mendes interpreta "If The World Was Ending" y vale para que se conozcamos su visión como cazatalentos

Una de las joyas musicales del año 2019 estaba en "If the World Was Ending" que muchos valoramos por la aparición de Julia Michaels. Sin embargo, el canadiense JP Saxe y la hoy esposa de Camilo, Evaluna Montaner, tuvieron la genial idea de su construcción y que cantaron incluso mezclando inglés y español. Luego vino el encuentro, sobresaliente, con la norteamericana.

Así las cosas, tras una reciente interpretación de este tema a cargo de Shawn Mendes que veremos de inmediato, Jp Saxe, compatriota de él, ha reconocido otro de los misterios sobre este tema musical.

Además, debemos destacar que junto a la marivillosa presencia de Julia Michaels la versión original, que también escucharemos después, tuvo la participación de otro de los grandes/nuevos talentos, FINNEAS. Éste, hermano de Billy Eilish, fue el productor.

Jp Saxe nos cuenta que Shawn "él fue el primero en mostrarle a Julia Michaels mis canciones ... lo que la llevó a publicar sobre ellas, luego nos reunimos para escribir ... y luego sucedieron muchas de las mejores partes de mi vida ... así que esto definitivamente es un círculo completo momento. gracias hermano por cantar esto tan bellamente. Julia y yo te amamos mucho"

Entre las versiones de esta canción tenemos que destacar cuando en abril de este 2020 Sam Smith, HER, Alessia Cara, Niall Horan, Keith Urban y FINNEAS (el mencionado productor de la canción) hacía su versión desde casa con sus móviles llevando todos los ingresos a Médicos sin Fronteras. Fue un vídeo que terminaba con un mensaje hablanado del impacto del COVID-19.
