Alicia Keys activa una nueva versión de 'Underdog' junto a Nicky Jam y Rauw Alejandro

Para este lanzamiento la artista norteamericana Alicia Keys hablaba de "Vibraciones de verano para ti". Y, realmente, sin estridencias llega esa vibración que incorpora nuestro idioma a su tema originalmente solo en inglés.

'Underdog', versión original

Esta canción de Alicia Keys nacía en referencia a la gente normal. Ella argumentaba en el lanzamiento de este tema que "me encanta esta canción porque trata de la vida real y de gente real y de nuestras experiencias. Todos hemos estado en un lugar de nuestras vidas donde hemos tenido que desafiar las probabilidades. Nunca es fácil. Una de mis letras favoritas de la canción es: 'Dicen que nunca lo lograría pero yo fui construido para romper el molde'. No creo que haya una persona en el planeta que no se haya sentido así".

Haríamos referencia a que habla de los desamparados, los grupos menos favorecidos. Como remate, nos contaba que "algunas personas pueden pensar que la palabra 'Underdog' es una palabra negativa, pero yo la veo como una palabra poderosa que representa a las personas que pueden ser subestimadas y, sin embargo, están a la altura del desafío y superan las expectativas".

En esta canción, contaba con el apoyo de Ed Sheeran mientras ella misma ha producido el tema junto a Johnny McDaid, productor de otros artistas como el mencionado Ed Sheeran o P!nk.
