Aquí está Lady Gaga con su 'rompepistas' "Stupid Love" y su alegórico videoclip

Lady Gaga ha vuelto para quedarse. Y lo hace con una canción en la que ha empleado toda la potencia que sólo ella sabe instalar en canciones elegidas. "Stupid Love" es una de ellas. Es un verdadero 'rompepistas de baile' que será uno de los más buscados de aquí en adelante.

"Stupid Love" es un clamor a una reconocida estupidez una vez que ella canta "All I ever wanted was love" (todo lo que quería era amor). A partir de ahí, llega una historia que, para el videoclip oficial, ha quedado en manos de Daniel Askill. Este director australiano, como anécdota, ha utilizado para todas las secuencias de grabación un iPhone 11 Pro con la evidente postproducción en hardware adecuado de montaje; pero eso es otra historia.

Askill es gran conocedor del mundo musical y, como cineasta, ha grabado vídeos para Sia (como "Chandelier" , "Alive" o "Elastic Heart") y diversos trabajos para marcas automovilísticas o de tecnología, entre otros.

Para el videoclip oficial Daniel Askill ha sabido trasladar a Lady Gaga a otro mundo irreal y futurista. En el arranque, para certificar el clima del vídeo, emplea esta frase:

"the world rots in conflict. Many tribes battle for dominance. While the Spiritual ones pray and sleep for peace, the Kindness punks fight for 'Chromatica'"
