El medio 'tempo' de Justin Timberlake en 'Drown' con el que nos transporta a los primeros 2000

Poco a poco Justin Timberlake nos está ofreciendo pistas de su nueva etapa musical. Una que no dista mucho de lo que hemos escuchado de él a lo largo de una carrera más que consolidada. Si hace un par de meses nos dejaba escuchar 'Selfish', ahora aterriza en la lista de novedades de este viernes con 'Drown'. Un tema que ofrece en versión 'lyric video' y en la que hay una amalgama de componentes entre los que sobresale un fraseo a medio 'tempo' muy marcado, y casi rapeado por momentos, que se convierten en la seña de identidad más potente. Pero, a la vez, con elementos instrumentales -sobre todo en la recta final de estos casi cinco minutos de canción, con la batería sonando a plena potencia- que dotan de una diversidad sonora más que imponente a lo que parece ser una senda a seguir desde este punto.

Un tema con una identidad muy clara que te dejamos bajo estas líneas, para que te sirva de preámbulo a un fin de semana donde la banda sonora la ponga la mejor variedad musical que escuchas en CADENA 100.

"Ya nadie publica música como esta"; "Me encanta cómo Justin se apega al antiguo formato de escribir canciones y no se traiciona. Esta es definitivamente una de sus mejores canciones desde la primera escucha"; "El ritmo y el tempo son increíblemente buenos y ese ambiente nostálgico se remonta a principios de la década de 2000"; "La forma en la que estoy a punto de obsesionarme con cada canción de este álbum"; "Perfección. Después de tantos años de silencio solo JT podía estar de vuelta así"... Son algunos de esos comentarios con los que queda claro que quienes le siguen con fidelidad, están más que satisfechos con el resultado.
