"Get Ready" es Pitbull con más ritmo que nunca, un toque country y una versión de un clásico

Pitbull ha mezclado todo lo que tenía al alcance para conseguir un nuevo éxito: su carisma, a un artista norteamericano country y una canción mundialmente famosa.

El cambio empieza en el título

Pitbull, junto a Blake Shelton, acaba de lanzar la canción "Get Ready" que, instantáneamente, nos recuerda la versión que en 1977 lanzaba el grupo de rock estadounidense Ram Ram. Estos, fundaron su banda en Nueva York ese mismo año 1977 y "Black Betty" fue su mayor éxito y que recordaremos al final de esta noticia.

"Black Betty" por iniciativa de Pitbull pasa a rebautizarse en el siglo XXI a partir de la versión que, a su vez, se basaba en  una canción clásica de la música afroamericana que ha pasado por muchas voces más, pero con menos éxito que Ram Ram.

Por su parte, Blake Shelton es un cantante estadounidense de música country que irrumpía con fuerza en 2001 con el sencillo "Austin", de su primer álbum que titulaba con su propio nombre, "Blake Shelton". Ahora, atesora 11 discos de estudio a su espalda.

Así las cosas, Pitbull toma la canción y junto a Shelton ponen rumbo a Las Vegas (EEUU) para realizar allí el videoclip de "Get Ready". El resultado final es un trepidante tema musical con el indudable y sexy toque Pitbull que muerde con su fuerza característica esta canción.
