Adam Levine rinde tributo a Kelly Preston con quien protagonizó el vídeo de "She Will Be Loved"

Como contábamos aquí en CADENA 100 hace unos días, John Travolta mostraba su desconsuelo ante el fallecimiento de su mujer, la también actriz Kelly Preston. Travolta contaba cómo su esposa había "perdido su batalla de dos años contra el cáncer de pecho. Ella fue una valiente y nunca le faltó en la lucha el amor y el apoyo de todos los que la queríamos'".
Desde ese momento, las muestras de dolor y el pesar hacia la familia de Preston han sido incesantes. Hoy sumamos a Adam Levine, líder de Maroon 5, que echando la vista atrás, ha recordado cómo protagonizaron juntos el videoclip de "She Will Be Loved".

En aquel videoclip se demostraba cómo Kelly Preston rebosaba aptitudes artísticas y un talento innato. Fue apoteósico el argumento que haría triunfar a la canción hablando de una joven pareja que, al final, tiene a la madre (Kelly) como elemento protagonista.
Adam, en el videoclip, conoce a la madre de su novia y, definitivamente, el amor irrumpe por el ángulo más inesperado. Él ha recordado ahora a Kelly Preston: "Mi primer beso simulado... Te extrañaremos Kelly. Siempre tendrás un lugar especial en mi corazón".
"She Will Be Loved" no es ni fue cualquier tema musical. Fue la canción de Maroon 5 que estaba en el despegue de su carrera. En concreto, hablamos del tercer sencillo del álbum debut del grupo en el año 2004. Del videoclip, se habló de que estaba inspirado en la película "El Graduado" protagonizada por Dustin Hoffman y la inolvidable canción "Mrs. Robinson" cantada por Paul Simon y Arthur Garfunkel.
Por sí sólo, el videoclip de "She Will Be Loved" llegaba a la altura de pequeña obra maestra cinematográfica. A fecha de hoy ha superado los 553 millones de visualizaciones que así lo certifican.
